Wrong Product Shipped: Refunds only apply if the wrong product is shipped to you. If you receive an incorrect item OR a tampered product with an open seal; you must initiate the return process.

Condition of Returned Products: To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned unopened and in its original condition, which includes the shrink wrap remaining intact. Products that have been opened or used will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping the Product Back: Once your return is confirmed, please securely package the product and ship it back to us. We will schedule a return pick-up.
